Subject: The 1st war

I don't think Laurie, Margaret and John are still on here, so I'm one of the
few who was there. Nobody was warned at the outset. I don't know who chose
the initial targets, but I had to ask to be one. They hadn't planned to
attack me. I don't know why, since this was before I was a listowner. The
factions didn't play as factions -- that came about in later wars. No
permission was asked for, since this was before Fkfic-l was almost sued when
someone portrayed Aaron Spelling and his daughter Tori in an unfavorable
manor. (I wasn't a listowner at that point, so I don't have details other
than this.) It's my understanding that only one attackee objected offlist
-- Jaye, are you out there and do you remember?

The initial attack posts were called torments. Some of us, including me,
fought back. Alliances naturally formed. Then Sandye, whose last name I
can't remeber (help for the Old Gray Mare's amnesia, anyone?), approached
some or maybe all the victims, and invited us to join her in a group to
carry the fight back to LC and his three Cousins. I suspect I wasn't the
only one who had thougth this might be a trick, but it wasn't. Thus was born
Sandye's WIcked Warren of Bunnies.

That's all I remember right now Ask me specific questions and I'll see if I
know the answer.

McLisa, somewhat distracted by a cat who wants some of my tuna sandwich. :)
