It was fun to look at all the pics. A question--how do you say "Emyr"? Would
that be "Emmer?" (At the Gertherings I attended when Ger mentioned his brother,
he never said his name!)

Subject: Sci-fi Channel Phone/E-mail Blitz

Greetings,

Recent e-mail blitzes have been focusing on multiple powers that be. This
particular time, we are focusing on Sci-fi. As you all know, they has
returned Forever Knight to their line-up and even continued advertising the
show, after the marathon, throughout this month. Sci-fi is giving people a
chance to discover Forever Knight and also reawaken old fans. Now we must
ask ourselves why have they done this? Why have they suddenly returned our
show to their line-up? Well, of course Kickstart the Knight has sent goodies
to them, along with the e-mail blitzes, and that could be the main reason
why they are airing it. However, what if Forever Knight is under
consideration for a return movie? What if Sci-fi is willing to do something
more with it? There have been rumors on the Sci-fi FK Bboard that Sci-fi is
going to make a return movie for one of their older, canceled series.
Forever Knight is one of those choices under consideration and they want to
see which series has the most popular following. The time to act is now.
This could be our last chance for a return movie with original cast!

How are we going to catch their attention you might ask? Firstly, everyone
in the USA needs to show their support and viewing credit to show that
Forever Knight is being devoured by a large audience, even with its poor
time-slot. Just simply leave your cable receiver on in the mornings before
work, if you need to, or like many set a timer on your recorder to catch it.

Secondly, I am starting an e-mail blitz only for Sci-fi for the next few
months. Please write to these 2 addresses thanking them for airing Forever
Knight and then also requesting a return movie with original cast. Write to:
program@w....... and/or feedback@w.......

Lastly, I have found Sci-fi's phone #, in which you can actually talk to
real people. You will want to speak to the programming department stating
the same basic things, thanking them for Forever Knight's return and of
course the asking of a return movie. Here is the #:

(212)-413-5000

I hope you all will participate in this. Remember, it takes a large fanbase
and hard work to get what we want. The Forever Knight fans must show Sci-fi
that we exist, appreciate what they have done, and that we still would love
more of this terrific series. If you are international, please still e-mail
Sci-fi, because if we are granted a return movie, I am sure you will have a
way to see it also. If any of you get decent responses or important news
please e-mail me at: kris1228@s.......

Long Live the Knight,
Kristin

# At one of the Gertherings, Ger just called him Em.
And at the most recent Gerthering, Ger said he now
goes by Wyn instead of Emyr.

I saw JK on the District last night. Also he was featured on a show on Family
Channel, Saving Grace( a really sweet and gentle show). On the credits his
name was listed as starting with an H instead of K. I'm postive(well almost)
it was him. His European immigrant accent was good. He seems to be busy with
t.v. work.

FORKNI-L RULES

1. No flames on list. FLAMERS MAY BE SET NOPOST. THE NOPOST MAY BE PERMANENT.

2. Please don't quote more than four lines of a previous post in
replying. If you have more than one point to answer, then you may
quote the relevant four lines for that point also.

3. Limit sigs to 6 lines. This includes all information, decoration
quotations and blank lines. Your name and address count as part of
the six. If you sign your name on a separate line above the body of
text, your name and the blank line or lines between count as part of
the six line limit. If you have one of those services that insists on
putting an advertising tag on the end of posts, don't worry. We
realize you can't control that and it doesn't count as part of your
sig.

4. Please don't send to the whole list when you are only talking to
the person who wrote the post you are answering.

5. Advertising on list is on a case by case basis. Please consult the
listowners, Lisa McDavid, <mclisa@m.......> or Don Fasig,
<Argent@e.......f> or permission.

6. This list is for the discussion of Forever Knight. Cast, crew,
staff and producers in connection with what they're doing now or have
done in the past are ok. So are list members' FK- fannish activities
and arrangements to meet. Cons should only be announced on Forkni-l
if someone from the show is appearing, or if you're going to be
there. Non-FK vampires, or vampires in general, are _NOT_ ok.
Vampyres@t....... does that. McLisa can tell you how to
subscribe. . 7. Off-topic posts are _NOT_ allowed, no matter what
they are about or how urgent the warning may appear. If you have an
off-topic post which you think should appear on the list, ask one of
the owners for permission.

8. The private lives of the cast are not a discussion topic.
Occasionally one of the fan club presidents will make an
announcement, but other than that, we leave the cast their privacy.

9. Only fan club presidents or other designated spokespeople may make
announcements of future projects for FK cast, crew and staff, before
said projects have been released or written about in the media.

10. No role-playing on Forkni-l. This includes no character names as
pseudonyms or posing as a character.

11. Each subscriber is limited to five posts per day on Forkni-l.
