1. One of my favorite first season episodes
2. Is there anyone among us who can translate what is spoken between Nick and
Mai-Ling?
3. When Kwan has seen him, Nick tells Natalie that he'll try to get in touch
with her in case he has to move on. What a difference to season 3's "Black
Buddha" where he wants to vanish without telling her at all. I wonder what made him
change his attitude. Has he become disillusioned that he no longer believes in
Nat's ability to find a cure?

Personally, I think that the difference is that he's come to care for Nat
much more in 3rd season. In the first season, especially early on, he saw
her as a person to be used to find a cure. He doesn't want to burden her
with all of the pain and suffering that goes along with being a
vampire...exactly why he didn't bring her across.
Just my opinion, oughtta be yours!

Wow this is the first I've heard of this show. I
wonder why all the "vampire's" these days have to be
PI or something close. Blood Ties Henry is very ummy.
But I don't like that it goes toward the supernatural
monster thing.
Last week they had their popcorn scene while watch
Nasferatu (sp?) It wasn't even close to being funny
like FK scene was. But this show is a bit more sexier.
I like the playful relationship Henry and Vicki have.
Makes me want to take out my FK DVD's and revisit the
real thing :)
