Kat, if you're willing to wear a toga and sandals, then probably an NA

Deserters?  I'll have you know from my first war I've always been a Merc.

An addict, huh? There's 12 steps I'd like to read...

1. I admitted that I am powerless over my craving for more Lacroix and that
my life has become unmanageable due to the constant searching of
Lacroix-centric fics and images.

2. Came to believe that a Power greater than myself (Lucien!!) could restore
me to sanity

3. Made a sincere decision to turn my will and life over to the care of that
higher Power...

Oooh, that's a nice thought for me. Can't I just remain addicted? I don't
think I want to be rehabilitated. Maybe I haven't reached my rock-bottom
yet? God, how low can I go?

Well, maybe, but there would have to be an understanding that  Don and I are
not responsible for running the war, other than reserving the right to stop it if
it looks like the atmosphere is becoming unfriendly.  Also, we don't overrule
the warmaster or warmistress's decisions.  We do, however, choose if there's
more than one proposal for a war, and we work with the WM as to the details.

Let Don and me talk about it. Don, are you out there at the moment?

Oh, before I forget, I would like to see us go back to the earlier free form,
which would mean that surprise attacks are allowed without prior notification to
the attackee.  I miss the spontaneity.

BTW, if we do start working on a war, this list has a war: topic so that those
who don't want to play can avoid the war: talk, unless they're on digest.  Wars
always have a defined start and end date and there will be plenty of warning so
those everybody can get themselves set to get or not get the war, and to go
nomail if they want to stay on digest and avoid the war. I'm sorry, but digests
contain all the posts to a list.

H'mm, can you tell that if I pass my review next month, _I_ am the boss in Tech
Services so I can play this time?
