I realize it's been a few years since I watched soap
operas but I was a bit shocked the other morning when
I was sitting at my computer with the tv on for noise
in the background.  I heard a voice that sounded very
like Michael Nader from the original Nick Knight and
he was calling for his 'children' to go forth and
convert the whole town.  (Shades of Salem's Lot)  I
was intrigued enough to hang around to see what the
show was about and found in addition to vampires they
also had guardian angels.  The name of the show didn't
come up until the very end and I was taken aback to
realize that it was Port Charles.  Wasn't that a
spinoff of General Hospital?   When did a vampire
population take over Port Charles?????

Pardon my post if this is too far off topic, but as I
mentioned, it was the Michael Nader'like voice that
caught my attention.

(Okay, back to lurking.)

No, you're not losing it! PC is a spin off of GH and I watched it for a few
years, but keeping up with GH was enough for me. PC added a vampire early
on -- though I can't remember specifically when they did. I remember when
the character was introduced and you didn't know he was a vamp, that I told
my roommate that I thought he was a vampire, but would a soap opera really
do that? <g> Well, they did! When I stopped watching it, the vampire was
supposed to be dead, but it didn't last long and I saw in the ads he came
back. They used to have an "angel" character too. Don't know if he's still
around!

scifi movie "Do or Die".  There was a flash of a guy who looked like

Yes, it _is_ Nigel. The movie is on SciFi on the 22nd and the 24th.
