FK fan's cat needs forever home (4) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Fri, 29 Apr 2016 16:25:44 -0500 From: Barbara Anne Aszman Stone <stoneb@u.......> Subject: FK fan's cat needs forever home Catherine Curley, a long-time Forever Knight fan and former subscriber to the list, has to find a home for her beloved 15-yr-old cat, Smilla. Catherine's old apartment allowed three cats, but she was forced to move 18 mo. ago to a place that only allows 2. Smilla, the quietest of the three, was the undeclared cat and someone ratted her out to the manager. Catherine boarded Smilla for two weeks, hoping she could find a home before the money ran out. A friend has taken Smilla temporarily, thus saving her from being euthanized today, but the friend already has 8 cats, so this cannot be a forever home. Do you know of anyone in the Garden Grove, CA area (southern California) who would be willing to take in Smilla? Although she is an older cat, she is in good health except for some arthritis in the hips. She has all her shots, & has passed a senior wellness exam (urinalysis + bloodwork). She's a calico, very affectionate, and quiet but with a loud purr. You can e-mail Catherine at CDCurl@a....... or call her at 000-000-0000 (land line, voice mail picks up after 5 rings) If no answer on the land line, try cell at 000-000-0000 B.
