A few weekends ago I participated in the 48 Hour Film Festival - Little Rock. This is an International competition held in a different area most weekends. Teams of filmmakers register. Then at a designated time, each team in the local area draw for a genre and learn the required elements (a line of dialogue and a character). Big Boy Productions, the team I'm on, drew musical. Seeing as every actor was a trained singer and we had a real life choral composer to do the music, we were very happy. However, our finished film went over the time limit of 7 minutes and when they tried to edit it down, there were technical issues and we were late so not eligible for competition. Yet, we still got to have it screened last night at the showings - to great reactions! Thus, the director has posted the full 10 minute (plus 28 seconds) version. IT IS ADULT AND THE LANGUAGE MAY OFFEND!!!! NOT SAFE FOR WORK!!! Here is the link to "Pussy Monologues: The Musical" (and no, it is not about cats) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uGTIcIUhK2g I STRESS - LANGUAGE MAY OFFEND! If you like what you see and want to help us re-do this into a longer version, please find our page on Facebook (the movie's name). We'd really appreciate it! What would Greg "Screed" Kramer think? If he was still here, he'd probably still be laughing and that makes me feel "Greg hugged." --Libby Libratsie@s....... ------------------------------ End of FORKNI-L Digest - 14 Jul 2014 to 15 Jul 2014 (#2014-95) **************************************************************
