ANY TIME you get an email with just a link in it, do NOT click on it. Especially if it has "re:" or "Fw"" in it when there have been no emails to the list with the subject line. For instance in this email it is "News". There has been no emails sent to the list with "News". Also, the email address of the sender will be below the link. Most of these are diet scams. I've had an account hacked and used for spam too. There's no penalty for it, but if it happens more than once, I'll set the account nopost until the owner tells me offlist that it's been fixed The reason I"m not doing that the first time is that some viral spams pick an address at random from the infected computer's address book and use it for the from address.
