Ther is that. Wasn't season 3 practically a reboot? My understanding is that USA wan't a younger demographic: hence, Vachon and Tracy. (Although to be fair, while some people disliked the new characters, others loved them.) Walt Doherty wdoherty5@c....... As a human married to Nat that would be wonderful. Other wise he wouldn't be as to stay that long in one ace. The Toronto (Post Office?) tower was iconic. Although, interestingly, I belive that Blood Ties was also set in Toronto and you almost never saw the Tover. > For all the TV/movie studios proclaim that they want something new and > fresh...they are in a very uncertain business and the comfort of knowing > "the show/movie we are remaking was a big hit...we will be one also" is > clearly intoxicating to many (especially those fronting the money to make > the thing). They all want the same thing only different; same actors/characters but new stories that essential follow the same plot line. They confuse 'new' with 'different'. > Tim Walt Doherty wdoherty5@c....... Was "Moonlight" that one starring the guy who now stars on the reboot of Hawaii 5-0? As much as the obvious take-offs on Forever Knight kind of annoyed me, there were some things I liked, and I thought it had potential. They never seemed to figure out just where they wanted to go with that show, though. Margie (treeleaf) ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 12 Mar 2014 21:56:35 -0500 From: wirickml@v....... Subject: Re: 'Reboot' of Forever Knight??? If a reboot was done, I'd like it to stay in Toronto. I'd like to see the actors continue in their roles, but I know that wouldn't happen. Unfortunately everyone ages and changes, plus they move on to other things. I liked Vachon, Tracy, Urs and Screed. I've read a lot of Fan Fiction that combined everyone in stories and I thought they were great.
