Forone reason or another, though, you stopped. I'm wondering >why. For me it's just real life and a very busy job. This war I was actually recovering from arm surgery. I regret to say I still need to read this war. Probably the biggest reason for me is that with the passing of Susan Ellen Field, my heart just isn't in it anymore. She used to write me into some infamous fights and I could always rely on her to kidnap me from the Vaqs to play with the Unnamed Faction for much of the war. I miss Susan's wonderfully silly stories, I miss chatting with her on Friday nights, and I just miss the fun that surrounded her in this online group. Nothing has ever been the same for me since she's been gone. I don't mean to be a downer, but that is the real reason my heart isn't into it any more. Or other times with huge ot at work. Been a long time since I could play. I have searched "*Le Justicier des ténèbres", *the title under which it was broadcast in France as of May 2001 on "13e rue" channel but can only find a similar titled movie with Val Kilmer. Other "streaming" links are blocked by my security as risky. Apparently, no DVD has ever been released in France. Like South America, Quebec does not buy the European language dubbings but creates their own. I would be interested in having any info on a potential Quebecois dubbing and in watching a scene of either French version. (I am unable to access any Google Quebec, unsure that exists...) In advance, my thanks to anyone who can help! My main reason for not participating, and mostly lurking, is a heavy work schedule where I spend all day dealing with emails and/or drafting documents, so when I get home I just don't like to spend a lot of time on the computer. When I check my email, it's usually late and interesting threads have already died off or someone else already said what I would have, so I got in the habit of not participating much, except for an occasional random post, like this one. Plus, my writing style isn't too adaptive to the speed and chaos of the wars -- for me, participating would be more like work than fun. This wasn't illness, unless it was a bad case of snowbound blahs. It was more of my old friend, depression. (Runs in my family. I have been on antidepressants at my request for years.) So by the time I'd done the minimum to which I was committed in RL, I just didn't seem to have the energy for the war. I'm sorry and hope next time I'll be feeling my normal self and can be more interactive.
