I know it seems like we had one such a short while ago, but this is a special occasion. Surely there are people out there with a premise to share? Nat ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Nancy A. In particular, I am not willing to take on picking a premise and war mistress(es) or master(s). So, there are two possibilities. 1. We can have a war on Fkfic-l which is like the first one. That is, although we would give notice and I would undertake to keep permission slips, (These are required in case PSU is ever threatened by a law suit again for unauthorized use of a real person.) There would be no premise and no w.m. The factions would play-fight until a conclusion developed. Individuals could play as individuals.and faction affiliation would not be necessary. Factions could chose to play as a group if they wished. Coordination would have to be by back channels off either list. DON AND I WOULD RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP THE WAR IF WE DEEMED IT NECESSARY. All Fkfic-l rules would apply and I would handle these as I do now. 2. There is no reason why a war has to occur on Fkfic-l. If the consensus is for a war of the later type, then someone could start a list or group on one of the free sites for it. Note: If anyone happens to have a server which is capable of hosting war level traffic, that's another avenue. Discussion about which war, if either, to have, can be discussed on on Forkni-l under the war: topic. Discussion of the war, if held elsewhere, could also be on Forkni-l as long as the war: topic is used. Don and I, of course, would have no listowning or gardening responsibilites this. Ok, it's over to the listers. I look forward to seeing what you come up with. I might very well play in such a war. I just can't undertake to be involved in setting it up or running it.
