Discussing "Dying to Know You" and history ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Fri, 25 Oct 2013 17:26:59 -0700 From: Andrew Caruthers <slinter@j.......> Subject: Re: Discussing "Dying to Know You" and history Well, my study of history tells me that this is often the case. Suppose Alexander the Great's nurse had stumbled, and dropped him down the stairs as a baby. The world would be vastly different today. Suppose Chin Shi Wan was killed in battle, and China was never united? Of course, I also despise Cromwell, so LaCroix and Janette sharing a Sandwich l'Puritan would, in all, have made for a better future, IMNSHO.
