Well, my study of history tells me that this is often the case.
Suppose Alexander the Great's nurse had stumbled, and dropped him down
the stairs as a baby. The world would be vastly different today. Suppose
Chin Shi Wan was killed in battle, and China was never united? Of course,
I also despise Cromwell, so LaCroix and Janette sharing a Sandwich
l'Puritan would, in all, have made for a better future, IMNSHO.
