Fortunately, after much hunting, I have just discovered where my own copy of
Forever Knight: A Reference Guide had got put. (Underneath something wider,
which was hiding it.) So I'll have a look through it this evening.
Might I add that I bought the Reference Guide back in 2004, when I was newly
on line, and found it utterly fascinating. And you then pointed me to this
mailing list, too. I don't think I've ever had the opportunity to thank
you.
