Actually, as I recall, in War 13 the Ravenettes split up among at least two
different factions, and then sort of ran their own thread on the side as
well. We had two of them playing with the Die-Hards.
There's no doubt that factions did at one time have to have at least a
certain number of members in order to play officially. I'm not sure that
technically there actually *was* a minimum membership for factions in the
last war: things were supposed to be a bit more free and easy. At any
rate, Libratsie officially played as a faction of one!
Maybe our War Mistress could clarify the rules for War 14?
