Oh, I love that episode! The breakfast scene is absolutely *classic*!

You're right, that would be a really good name for the faction. Or at
least: "Partners of the Month" for the full name of the faction, with
"PotM" as the usual abbreviation.

Members would be called "Pardners", no doubt. Pronounced the way Schanke
would, just before he slaps Nick a bit too hard on the back and slings an
arm around his shoulders--at which point Nick gets that sheepish
oh-god-what-have-I-got-into-now look on his face.

After which there was an Unsuited Challenge, right? I've read a few of
those stories: they're pretty funny.

Apparently, at some point, people also decided to try the gender-reverse
"unlikeliest couple", and came up with the Unmentionables (Natalie/Screed).
I think I read one of those: she was drunk?

I've been tweaking an Unsuiteds icon for weeks now--the same elements, but
slightly different sizes/positions relative to one another. I think I've
finally got it to work out. Next lot of icons, I'll pop it in.

One that I've read (and would cheerfully read more of!) but *doesn't* have a
faction, as far as I know, is Nick/LaCroix/Vachon. Did anyone ever suggest
a faction for that "trinity", do you know?

Hey, no need to lurk! We're having fun here.

A faction for Fleur was created way back when. The name people preferred
was "Fleur-Boosters". Another suggestion was "Fleurettes", which I
personally prefer. Ah, well: majority rules. ("Fleur-de-Lys" would have
been pretty, too.)

Selene, though--she's never had a faction. "Selenoids"? To me, that sounds
a bit SF for some reason. Not that there's anything wrong with that, of
course. However, it feels odd for an ancient Roman, if you see what I mean.
Selenians, Selenites... (sound like some moon-dwelling aliens!) Selene was
a moon goddess: maybe that can inspire something.

That was me. Guilty as charged. And they were erotica. I feel if you are going
to write erotica, it should have a plot<g>.
I don't recall if Natalie was drunk in the stories - I don't think so. ;-)

I'm feeling a bit bouncy about this one. After two completely different
tries, I was starting to wonder if I'd ever succeed in coming up with a
Ravenettes icon that I liked. It was important, too: Janette was the only
major character left whose faction lacked an icon!

You can see the Ravenettes icon here:

I've got a few more icons ready; but I don't want to detract from the
significance of finishing this one by mingling it with others. I'll post
them later.
