Subject: Taking down screen capture site
Sad news, I'm afraid... Due to policies at my hosting site
(BlueHost.com), I am having to remove most of my screen capture pages
from my Knight Watchman site. The problem is number of files, not the
storage space I'm using. They offer unlimited storage, but a limit of
only 50,000 actual files. I'm nearly 5 times over that limit and they
are threatening to shut down the entire site if I don't remove the
majority of the files.
Therefore, the FK screen capture archive will have to come down. I'll
leave it up until March 31, but as of April 1, I'm going to have to
remove it from Knight Watchman. This saddens me, because the main
reason I sought out a paid site was to host my screen capture pages.
I have already found a home for my Sentinel site, and am in the
process of moving it over to the new (free) hosting site.
Unfortunately, this is a privately owned system of servers and I only
have the "okay" to transfer the Sentinel archive.
If anyone knows of a new (free) home for the FK site, please let me
know. The entire FK archive takes approximately 1.9 gigs of space and
contains 51,663 files. Unfortunately, I can't afford to pay for a
second site to host the archive at this time and none of the
commercially available free hosting sites offer enough storage space.
The screen captures are available (with zip files for downloading
entire episodes) at:

Since the site hasn't seen a lot of activity, it may not even be
missed. But just in case, I want to give folks a chance to download
the zip files if they're interested. You have until April 1, 2010.
