Because of the fire I have had no job for a year, and I have almost nothing in the bank, with more debt piling up daily. I'm asking for your prayers that Hyundai give me a fair settlement (what they offered would not even cover attorney fees) and that things start to look up for me. Thanks Megan Maclean ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 2 Mar 2010 16:22:26 -0000 From: Lorin <vachesang@1.......> Subject: Scripts, zines and prayer please Hi, sorry to all who are waiting for info on the zines and scripts, I will get to it as soon as I can. My uncle, a very fit and healthy 79-year-old who helps all his neighbours and does gardening for them all, and who walks literally miles every week, has felt a bit poorly since just before Christmas. Three weeks ago he was admitted to hospital. He is now practically bedridden, and is so weak I had to help him drink a glass of water yesterday. He can't walk. He can't even push himself up in bed when he slides down. He has no appetite or energy at all. His weight has dropped by over 20lbs in six weeks. The hospital has run every test they can, blood tests, CT scan, MRI, lumbar puncture, and everything is showing up negative. He is being transferred to the neurology unit today for more tests in the hope that it will show something. At this moment we don't even care if it's something serious; we just want to know what is wrong. Not knowing what is causing this is worse than any news the doctors could possibly give us. If anyone is willing to, please pray for the doctors to figure this out, and for my uncle to have the strength to fight it. Thanks, Lorin ------------------------------ End of FORKNI-L Digest - 27 Feb 2010 to 2 Mar 2010 (#2010-43) *************************************************************
