When Libby makes a comment such as this:

Being a former journalist, I totally disagree. If LaCroix's image had been
captured, it might initially been overlooked. However, I'm sure as is the case
today, the images were studied even at the time with a fine tooth comb for
evidence as to what happened. Today, historians - professional and otherwise -
still study the images of the tragedy. Sooner or later, someone would notice
there was a flying man.

Why do I get this vision of her with a magnifying glass late at night,
bent over old news photographs, looking for images of that strange man
she saw once (kind of a White Whale thing)?

So long as she's not munching on potato chips while eating ice-cream...I
think she's safe.

I wonder if all resistors to vampire hypnotism in FK are actually women,
or is it sexuality involved. Tracy and Nat are so fascinated by those men,
that they don't actually want to forget them. Hm, after writing this I remembered
that LaCroix hypnotized them to forget things, but perhaps that is because he is
so powerful (or not so atractive).

I loved this concept of two outsiders living in abandoned church and I am happy
that they didn't started to dig too deep in that lost boys theme (Vachon, Bourbon,
Urs, Screed).
I looked from dictionary that a carouche is a French name for a fish called
crucian carp, but I dont know if that was actually in script writers mind when
they started to call vampires like Screed as carouches.

I have always little bit wondered Nick's hard words to Vachon in the church. He
could just have discussed things in a more polite way, for me it looked too harsh
and not very typical behavior for Nick. But it has it's dramatic points.

Urs: This name is for me an enigma. Urs is a German variant for Latin name
Ursus (meaning bear), so why she has a male name.

Thinking Titanic's watertight doors and twisting, crushing and bending metal
structures in the sinking of Titanic, I wonder if a ship is safe even for a
vampire. But perhaps that is why we see him in Titanic standing on upper desk
in open air.

In that sense Hindenburg could have been a more safe alternative. And regarding
the photographers, that is why they have the vampire variant of men in black, the
enforcers :) Nevertheless it is amazing how much people can conclude about photos,
think about the photos about Iran's missile experiment, where it was found that
one of missile contrails was a product of photo manipulating.
