They get these episodes when they are a longer time without treatment. Obviously the girls had always received their treatment from Sofia on a regular basis in the past. She said so herself when she rescues the one girl from prison that she has never been without treatment for such a long time before. Also, in "Fallen Idol" the boy turns violent after Natalie refused to give him another dose. Someone brought up the comparison of first hunger, which would also go along with this theory. A newly turned vampire experiences violent episodes of first hunger after the blood of his master has faded. I realize this was probably done to death before, but I can't help but think they were an "item" by the way Urs reacts in Ashes to Ashes with her "Nothing happened." spiel over Vachon holding her on the couch in Uncle's office. My take is that Urs was more serious about the relationship than LaCroix with her flustered explaining and his seemingly "I could give a crap," attitude afterward. The only time he seems concerned is after Urs is slain by Divia. Perhaps her being hired at the Raven and amateur night is no coinquidink'?
