Subject: Episode Discussion: Can't Run, Can't Hide
1) Gordon Michael Woolvett!!! (he's the delivery "boy" at the
beginning of the episode). Continuing the concept of there only being
42 actors in Canada....he is another FK veteran who became a major
character in the Andromeda TV series. Got a bit more screen-time here
than some of the other bit-players that FK hired during its run.
2) was there a police character during the 80s/90s who wasn't a Vietnam
veteren???
3) I liked the little line about Janette struggling to deal with her
tax-forms (especially because it was part of what I was doing this
weekend).
I do question - however - that Janette would actually deal with the
taxes herself. It was a funny/good sequence for the characters to play,
but I think it is pretty obvious that Janette would actually have an
accountant who would deal with the "messy" part of those forms for her.
