When Nick and Schanke are interrogating the biker, it looks like they're both playing "bad cop". When the guy does finally start to tell them what happened, he can't get three words out before either Nick or Schanke interrupts him. Some very fast dialog here. When the biker does finally get to say more than two words and starts telling them how he got the tape recording, he stops dead until Schanke finally says, "What's the matter, did you have a stroke"; and the man replies, "I thought you was just gonna interrupt me again." There was some really good writing on this show. You're a woman. Been one all my life. Another good one is when Schanke is tied up in the chair and blind-folded. When the "hunter" takes the blind-fold off, Schanke immediately assumes that she's a damsel in distress type, until she starts to laugh at his presumptions. At the end when Nick comes crashing through the window save Schanke, just where does he come from? Did he just fly up to it? This would be another "fact" for Schanke in "Close Call" ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 16 Feb 2008 21:35:12 -0600 From: eowyn23@j.......
