Well, only if the DVD's are in my shipment....

Yes, it's 9 years later & I'm headed back to China. This time
will be up near Shanghai instead of down by Hong Kong.
Before I was kinda off in the country, this time the big city.

The plane leaves at 2pm Tuesday, and some 4 flights, layovers
& one long ride, some 30 hours later we arrive in Shanghai.

I seldom post, but have been lurking on the list since 96.
It's fun to see some of the old names pop up.

I'll do an occassional post to let you know how things are
going. We hope to be there 3 years, if anyone wants to
see China, drop me a note, this address will still be good.

Waves to all that got some of the video tapes, I've still
got some, they'll sit in storage till I get back & then I'll
see if anyone still wants them.

Take care,
Forever,
Cheryl

So, I'm thinking of some storyline avenues, and I'm
interested in seeing some of the ideas people
(preferably who aren't also prolific writers ;) have
for post-LK stories.

1) Do you think that LC did, indeed, stake Nick?
2) Did Nat die? Did she somehow survive?
3) Some other ending?
4) What is Janette up to if you believe she wasn't
killed in Human Factor? What about LC nowadays?

So, what would you like to see in the way of 10-15
years later? I've got my own ideas forming, but I want
to know what fans would like to see =)

Hmm...

I think LaCroix would not stake Nick because Nick is his favorite. And while
LaCroix may love Nick in his twisted way, it is a selfish love, IMO. So he
would not let Nick go.

I like Natalie, so in my mind, she somehow survived. Whether as a mortal or
vampire depends on what any writer wants. LOL!

I could see Janette living it up in high style in Paris or something,
LaCroix close behind. He never could let either Janette or Nick alone for
too long. *G*

No. I always have felt that his, "Damn you Nicholas!" was a prelude to his
either breaking the staff in half or throwing it across the room.

2) Did Nat die? Did she somehow survive?
She survived. LaCroix either brought her across or took her to a hospital

3) Some other ending?
Would I have prefered another ending to Last Knight? If that is the question,
yes. I have never been a fan of Last Knight.

4) What is Janette up to if you believe she wasn't killed in Human Factor?
I always imagined that she returned to Paris.

Wow, what a question! So many possibilities! LOL, I want Natalie, Tracy,
Vachon, Schanke, Screed and of course Nick and LC, all back around and kicking!

Kristen, I've been repeating it for a decade and a half, and I'll refresh
everyone's memory.... ;-P

Nobody died. Nobody EVER died.

And now, Janette owns a couture house in Italy, where she sniffs at all the
"vagabond fashion" walking the runway now.

Nick and Nat have a PI office/pediatrics practice in Arizona (where all the
retirees cycle thru over a couple of decades...vamps don't have to move so
much when they're surrounded by mortals who LOOK like they're twice the
vamps' age!).

LaCroix owns Clear Channel Communications. One shift at a small radio
station would never be enough. He'd have to own as many stations as the FCC
allowed, and issue strict instructions on how to conduct their business.
After all, why else would Clear Channel be known in the industry as the Evil
Empire?
