<< Cousin Parker . . . was watching Ashes to Ashes . . .
I was thinking about how everyone says that Nick is Lacroix's favorite; but
why is that??

I think we'll have to leave the UF for this! Seriously, about the Divia
thing.... In BMV, LC talks about soulmates being opposites of the coin
fused. Nick is Uncle's opposite and IMHO, Nick's humanity, no matter how
stupid his quest is, attracts LC very much. As the line goes, "True love is
like morphine....one taste and you are enslaved forever. Plus I think Uncle
likes a challenge.

<<2) turn the lights on and The Raven is a different club>>

It certainly is. Much better in the dark.

<<3) I thought Nick was going to swallow his shoe at seeing Janette in the
Precinct building.

She seemed to have an unholy amount of fun teasing Nick while she
was there.>>

That was the best part of the episode. I especially like the conversation
between Nick and Schanke afterward:

"Neecola?! What is she, Hungarian or something?

"Among other things...."

Hi Y'all!

It's that time of year again! Time for the Annual FK Holiday Card
Exchange. I'm a little late getting this going this year so the window
to tell me you want to be involved is going to be a little short. I
haven't checked the USPS website for recommended mailing dates yet but
based on past exchanges the "send by" date for most countries and within
in the US is usually sometime in the first/second week of December. I'm
asking if you want to be a part of the Holiday Card Exchange, you get
your information to me by Sunday, November 25. I will compile the list
and send it out to participants by Monday, November 26.

For those of you new to the list here's how the FK Holiday Card Exchange
works. You send the requested information to me privately, I compile the
list and email it to you. You send a Holiday card to as many people on
the list as you feel comfortable sending to. We've had participants from
all over the world and it's always fun to get cards from listmembers in
other countries! It has been suggested in the past that if the postage is
too difficult to manage financially, you can send e-cards but that is
your decision.

If you would like to participate in the FK Holiday Card Exchange send the
following information to eowyn23@j........ Please put "FK Holiday Cards"
in the subject line.
Send: your name, your snail mail address, your preferred email address,
and the holidays you celebrate (Christmas, Hannukah, Winter Solstice,
etc.). If you would prefer not to receive e-cards or have any other
requests (such as no confetti) let me know that as well.

If you have any questions about the FK Holiday Card Exchange, please
email me privately and I'll do my best to answer them. If you have
participated in the card exchange in past years you will still need to
email me your information again as I don't keep the lists from past
years. Also, as in past years, the card exchange list file will be
deleted from my computer. I keep the list on my computer through the
holidays just in case you accidentally hit the delete button and need
another copy. <G> However, once the holidays are close to being over, the
list will be deleted. Sending your information constitutes permission to
put your name, address, and email address on the list. I send the list
ONLY to those who have sent me their information. PLEASE make sure you
check your "to:" box and send the information to me, eowyn23@j....... ,
and NOT to the list.

I'm looking forward to sending and getting cards again this year!
