The list birthday is in early December (the 8th or 9th, IIRC, I can never remember) for timing those parcels. As for what kind of M&Ms, I have no idea what he likes, so feel free to send him whatever you want. Last time I was over there, I donated an unused M&M dispenser, like one of those bubblegum machines. For our Canadian friends, Smarties are a perfectly valid substitute. I'm sure those would be welcome too. Cheers, Jaye. PS. My thoughts are with our friends in SoCal who are facing the fires, and with Laura. Be well, friends. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 24 Oct 2007 17:08:17 -0700 From: Walt <wdoherty5@c.......> Subject: Episode Discussion: Fatal Mistake - Captain, My Captain From: "Phillips, Tim" <Tim.Phillips@s.......> Subject: Episode Discussion: Fatal Mistake > 1) is interesting that they chose to have Stonetree cry at the end of > the opening act. They could have gone with the sterotypical Hollywood I find it interesting to have an episode reaturing Capt. Stonetree in the starring role. Stonetree got lost somewhere along the line. When I got the DVD's and started watching them, I was puzzled by who Gary Farmer was, especially since he is listed in the credits as "co-starring". Then when I watched the episodes, I recognized him from other shows and guest appearances. On the IMDB, Farmer is cridited as being only in 11 episodes. I wonder if this treatment was what caused him to not return for the 2nd season? I mean, supposedly he was one of the two stars of the show, yet you barely saw him. It seems that each character gets one or two scripts "starring" that character. Nick is, of course, in all of them and plays a significant part. Natalie is also in every episode. Captain Stonetree got his script in "Fatal Mistake". I don't think Capt. Cohen ever got one. Reese was featured in "Jane Doe". In ILCK, it goes to someone singing, in LYTD, it moves to something different, but the opening bars are the same.
