There's an interesting point: did Nick ever name his car? I know he loved the thing (and for more than just the trunk space), but I don't recall his ever calling it by any name. Walt Doherty Phoenix I don't recall Nick ever naming the Caddy, but I did name her after the purchase. And of course, her name is "Nicky" now. Can you guess why? PS. I name all my cars and have they're name monogrammed on the rear right bumper. Am I obsessed, or what? KnightWitch ;-]= ForeverKnight diehard, but first and foremost a CaddyWhacker. Am I obsessed, or what? I name my cars, too, but I've never had their names monogrammed on them. I did give my MINI a vanity plate, though. That's pretty close! She has also been in Classic Auto Air for the past week having her A/C fixed. So far almost the whole system has to be replaced. I don't think the production company ever ran the a/c. I also have an all black 2002 Trans Am conv. Her name is 'Raven" and is monogrammed on her bumper in the FK Font. Her tag is "FK Raven". Wish I could have that in the FK font but oh well, the state of Florida was not too keen on that happening. I just love talking about the Caddy. She'smy impossible dream come true!!!!!!!! Were any decisions made about getting together as a group or groups to see The Elephant Man? I managed to get the 19th thru the 22nd off. She struck me as being interested in nothing past a good meal. As for Schanke as a vampire, I can't seem to shake the image of vampire Schanke from Stranger than Fiction. <g> :) Boomer Evelyn Duncan <BrandyKitt@a.......> wrote: I wondered what would have happened if Janette had not reached them in time to stop Alma. The vampires were fine, I liked the guy at the morgue especially. I just wasn't much on the girl/love interest. I think Nat, and Tracy too, had more weight to them than just a struggling reporter. Nat trying to cure him and Tracy's moral dilemma just made for better stories than I think we're going to get out of this.
