Subject: Lori Yates went country???
I generally keep the radio on in the background when I'm not watching TV,
and my default station is the local public radio. I was vaguely aware of
the music that was playing, country stuff with a definite twang in the
singer's voice. Imagine my surprise when the announcer said the singer's
name -- Lori Yates! This is the wonderful female vocalist who graces much
of the Forever Knight soundtrack. I was sure I'd heard her name, but
wondered if it could possibly be a different Lori Yates, so I looked her
up. Wikipedia doesn't mention FK, but her web site's discography includes
the soundtrack, it really is the same Lori Yates. Wish I'd been paying more
attention when her song was on, now!
