I had my very own FK Moment this afternoon. I finally got around to
watching "30 Rock" from a few nights ago. The Tracy Jordan character is
ranting about things that he believes and one of them is "I Believe that
vampires are actually the greatest golfers in the world--and their curse is
that they can never prove it!"
Imagine LC's frustration at THAT!

Actually that quote is the first line from "Hearts of Darkness". In "Black
Buddha" LC only mentions to Nick that they "have a strip on Friday Night".

Just a topicality reminder. Blood Ties is on topic for Forkni-l only in direct
relation to FK. Thanks to the majority of posters, who've done that. In the few

If enough people are interested, I'd be happy to set up a FK/Blood Ties list
where Blood Ties only is not off topic. I haven't seen the show as it conflicts
with my Sunday night Sci Fi channel line up. However, I have read the books and
do plan to eventually catch up on the series.
I run lists for FK/Buffy and FK/Star Wars so why not FK/Blood Ties?
E-mail me OFF list if there's an interest. I should have time to set up the
list tonight but just want to make sure folks would be interested.

There's already a wonderful bulletin board established, and it seems to be
the main Blood Ties fan site. I've been hanging around over there and the
members and site creators are wonderful. This might be of interest to those
who wish to discuss Blood Ties without FK references. There are FK, Buffy
and Angel fans on the Blood Ties board.
***Also, this site's creators are in direct contact with the producers of
the show. The producers are supporting the fan's enthusiasm and watching our
comments. It would seem this time around the 'Big Powers' are listening to
the fans.
