the flashbacks for when Nick was brought across, the french is modern
french. I'd never noticed it, not being fluent in french of any  form.



I guess that falls into the same category as all the Romans in "Rome" on  HBO
having British accents...
If they had wanted to be truly accurate on FK they would have had them
speaking old
English, and Latin and archaic French etc. But realistically the vast
majority of the viewers
wouldn't know the difference.

Didn't they have a tough enough time getting the modern French right? I seem to
remember hearing that Deborah Duchene had to correct the scriptwriters.
