Subject: FK moments
The other day, dh pointed out how the name of a road in our area (McKnight St.)
sounds a lot like "Nick Knight Street." And then today, I had temporary list
confusion as a message dropped in my mailbox with the subject "Rat spear"--just
the thing for Screed! But it was actually for a history list that I run; it's
an item used by Natives for spearing muskrats, c. 1800.

Either Nick or LaCroix would look terrific in formal riding attire! I can
see Nick aboard a bay Belgian warmblood, and LaCroix on a dapple grey
thoroughbred crossbreed. LaCroix in black, of course, and Nick in dark blue
or dark burgundy.
