Subject: AtA Question
I've recently rewatched Ashes to Ashes a few times in preparation for a
section of a story I'm writing. But one question remains: I've never been
clear as to whether the events take place over the course of one night or
two. I keep going back and forth on it :) Anyone have thoughts on the
matter or concrete proof one way or the other? <g>

It appears to me that they do in fact happen in one night. I don't remember any
of those sunrise stock footage shots being used at all.

I am pleased to announce that after a long absence from the Internet,
my personal page of Forever Knight fan fiction is finally back up and
running. I've checked all links, but if you have any problems, please
let me know.
Included are some stories that have been off my page for years, as
well as all the old favorites. If you enjoyed my fiction in the past,
or if you are new to the list and want to browse, please feel free.
These are almost exclusively Nick and Nat stories; many are adult in

Hi Ith and Everyone,
Given how Nick needed to heal up before facing
Divia in the Raven, I'd go with two days for the
main part of the story.
(If you count the time between Divia's
resurrection and LC finding the unwanted surprise
in his fridge, you could add another two days on
top of that.)
Nat puts a TOD on the head but I forget what the
exact estimate is.
Three other moments from AtA that I love:
1.) the whole questioning scene at the Raven
between Nick, Tracy and LC.
2.) Reese's assessment of LC's overall guilt.
(Understatement of the Christian Era)
3.) The cell scene with all of the "hardened
criminals" huddled in one corner and LC standing
by himself on the other side. hehehe....

Priceless entertainment!!! Poor Lucien left in a
prison cell with all those meanies.. as if he'd ever
hurt a fly... enough blood in them for him to even
try muhahaha
Yet another reason for Sony to hurry up and release
season three!!!

Between you and VADC's reply, you have the complete back and forth on my
part :) I tend to lean towards it had to be more than one night, but on the
other hand.... <g> For the most part the fic is done (coming soon to a fic
list/web site near you!) , so I think I'll just try and not put in anything
concrete on that point, and be as vague as they were! Fudge Fudge Fudge.
Oh, and speaking of fic: I know I said a few months back Nick wasn't in it,
but he took issue with that, and now has a prominent role. Go figure! And,
last night, Vachon made an appearance, which I wasn't at all
expecting. You've got to love characters with minds of their own :)
