FK has changed my life by providing me with more friends...some of whom I
know will be with me for the rest of my life. That's the most significant
and important change to me. TV shows come and go, but real friends last
forever.
FK has also encouraged my creativity and brought me back to doing some
writing, which I've always loved. There is absolutely nothing like an FK
War to bring out one's creativity. As exhausted as I am by the end, those
of two of the best weeks of my life because I get to interact more with the
folks here than I ever do at any other time.
Finally, FK fandom has exposed me to people of such varied backgrounds,
interests, religions, and lifestyles that it has helped me learn to take
people more for *who* they are rather than as some label that society has
stuck on them. I can tell you from my experiences at LCA that FK fans are
some of the most accepting people on the planet. Never once was I made to
feel like some goofy newbie who didn't fit in, even when I accidentally ran
smack over IL Cousin Jules in the hallway after I turned a bit too quickly
from catching my first sight of Nigel Bennett across the conference room.

I apologize if this has already been addressed, but I can't find it in the
transcript- during the latter part of Dark Knight pt. II, the scene where LaCroix
bites Alyce, I noticed he was whispering something to her in French, and I'm now
powerfully curious about what he actually said. Anyone have any ideas?
