They are also for sale at deepdiscountdvd. By one get one free. They end up
being about $25.

I've heard of "Through a Glass, Darkly" by Diane Harris, but not "In a
Mirror Darkly". If anyone has this, will you send it to me? Thanks!

I don't know if anyone has posted this here, but Deep Discount DVD is having
a "buy 1 box set, get the second box set free" sale -- ends TODAY (Dec. 15,
2005).

I mention this here, because both season 1 and season 2 of FK are on their
list of eligible box sets.

Oh, and in a bit of "life imitating art" ... I'm now a receptionist, for
real! My boss is nicer than LaCroix, but the job is a lot harder than
working at CERK, where my biggest worries were how to stop Vachon from
slacking on the couch and how not to get my desk blown up by cookie bombs!

A good alternative to hosting an event is to have a
meet at an already established event.

I know this discussion was taken a Yahoo Group or something, but I don't
have that destination stored, and thought I'd throw out an idea, which may
or may not have been mentioned at the other site.

Toronto Trek is having their 20th anniversary in July. This is where I
first came in contact with a lot of FK fandom, and first met Nigel Bennett
and Kathryn Long. I know many of you first met Ger there as well, and as I
recall several of us on the list still make the yearly pilgrimage to this
convention. There is always lots to do and it's only 2 hours away from
Stratford and Colm Feore, if a little culture is needed to go with our
convention cheese. Room parties, where we could easily establish video
marathons and share photo albums, fan-fic, etc. are welcome and encouraged.
It's easy to get to, as well, being right next to Pearson Airport and just
off of 427.
