I completely forgot about emailing y'all... I was
lucky.  All of the Katrina-related storms passed over
this area.  There were three tornados that've been
blamed on Katrina that hit the next county over and
caused a lot of fatalities, but Douglasville was fine.
 We didn't even get any rain.  <gulp> Sorry if I
worried people.  Things have been nuts around here
lately.

Subject: FK Magic? I believe!!!

I don't know if there is some magic associated with
FK, but last year I wrote a story for a friend of mine
for her birthday. The story line was that a friend of
Tracy's who was an artist from Seattle was selected
for an international women's art tour and had an
installation in Toronto.

Well, the friend I wrote the story for (who was the
model for the main character) will be displaying her
work at a restaurant in Toronto called Sassafraz in
Yorkville. We'll be traveling to Toronto in two weeks
:)

She also happens to be the artist that does all the
work on my website (which is still in production). We
met while working together at Microsoft several years
ago. That old FK magic still seems to be working! The
story was "Artistic Eye" and if you want to read it it
is on the FTP site at the bottom of my autosig.

I believe, I believe, I believe!!!

Checking out some websites for class and get introduced to an avatar site -
nothing too wild in that except that its all anime avatars -anyheuw searching
through the site, checking out their forums and 'guild' areas when I stumble onto
what has to be the ultimate Dark NNPackers guild - 'Blood and Chocolate
Guild'.... mmmm wonder whose lurking there LOL
