Well, we all are back from the holidays. And -- world events
excepted, of course -- I hope everyone enjoyed the break, whatever you
were celebrating.
Episode Twelve is now linked in. And, at least for a few weeks,
we'll be back on the usual schedule, i.e. new episodes on Mondays.
Enjoy!

On Kristin's website there is (or at least use to be) a cut scene where
Natalie is at the Raven and is talking to Janette in 'A More Permanent Hell.'
All of that scene is in the ep on the dvd. I haven't seen anyone mention this,
so i thought i would.

Has anyone else noticed any scenes on the dvds that weren't on tv?

Hi Sierra and Everyone:

Well at least a lot of scenes that Sci-Fi cut but
I remember from the originals. The Nat/Janette
scene was one. There's some extra footage in
Near Death among other things.

I still love the "spaghetti scene" in The Fix.
<g>

Overall on this set: Sony did a nice job with the
quality and in bringing down the price. The
extra scenes are a bonus.

I've rewatched the first 19 eppies. Seven to go
including some of my favorites (especially Be My
Valentine).

Thanks

David

I know this is a strange request, but I've been remembering
lately this concept of a Pretender crossover where Natalie is a
Pretender who escaped from the Center before Jarod did. The
problem is, I'm not entirely sure whether I read it or was
writing it and lost my notes (which I think happened). Please
tell me whether you've heard of this before, so I'll know for
sure that it's mine.

We received ours a couple of days ago. I've decided to forego the
marathon,
and savor the episodes, one at a time. It's a delicious torture of
sorts. When we
finally sit down to watch an episode, we try to put the rest of the
world on hold.
{Season 2:  It's a good thing.}

I LOVE Ger's commentary on these episodes. It makes such a difference in
the whole viewing experience.

Maybe this would be a good time for me to send a thank you note to Sony?

While checking my e-mail this morning, one of the news headlines read
"US firm bids for LaCroix label." I got a nice chuckle out of it.

Here's the news story link, if anyone's interested.

Actually it was even late for that. I don't care,
though. My cousin got me television for Christmas and
only gave it to me two days ago. It was first season
Babylon 5, and season two FK. He said the look on my
face was priceless. <HG> He told me he wasn't entirely
altruistic; he wants to watch them too. (I live with
them currently.) again don't care! I started on B5
saturday, and fairly soon Megan just happened to call.
"hey, I think I recognize those chords," said she,
hearing the incidental music in the background. "It's
Dark Knight, isn't it?" "actually, no. It the pilot
of a different series. but speaking of, guess
what?...." Season two of FK was my favorite when
watching the show on cheap home video tape, so I'm
excited to start on that tonight!

One thing I can't figure out: on one of the shots of Ger on the cover,
his eyes are green and slitted like a cat's. Odd...

In Nigels' commentary of AMPH, he mentions "a young lady" at a
convention who had a mousepad with a picture of him in his toga - it's
the infamous Lucius In Repose, displayed at the NA HQ during the War, I
believe. Who was the "young lady"? You know you're out there - step
forward and confess!
