Most of you probably know I run a FK prayer list for fans of ANY faith, or
even none at all.

I've already checked with the one of us I thought might possibly be in the
tsunami area since she travels overseas around New Year's, and thank goodness
she was in the US. Is there anyone on this list who has friends or family
injured or missing for whom I need to issue a "prayer and good vibes" notice on
FKFansHug?

Are there any of us from or in that area that anyone knows about?

The disaster is just beyond understanding :-(

my aunt and uncle, dave and carol cook, and my
cousin stephanie, their daughter, are in india.
they went over on december 15th and were
suppose to stay one month. stephanie is marrying
an indian man. her wedding was suppose to last
for a full week. i have no idea what part of india
they are in, but the groom's family is in the
shipping business, so i am assuming they are
near water. no one in the family has heard
anything. prayers on the FKFansHug list would
be appreciated. thank you

I feel incredibly selfish after all the good wishes and prayers I've had for
Ko-Koi, but....

My Mom has two good friends from California that were spending Christmas
with the family of their Indian daughter-in-law. Mom's emailed the church,
but we've heard no word on them. Needless to say, we're a bit freaked.

I've forwarded the prayer requests I've received to fkfanshug (at
yahoogroups.com). Please don't be bashful or hesitant to ask.

You can also let me know off-list.

I'm sure everyone who frequents the Internet probably at least knows someone
who is missing a loved one.

According to my brother (who played for some years)
that's been the name of the Prince of LA since the
game started in the mid-80's. So I guess we can't
claim they're copying or anything, lol.

I don't know anyone personally that is over there.
But at the October DNGG Gala in Stratford, Ger
mentioned that his brother now lives in Thailand.
Whether that is part of the year or all the time I
don't know. I have seen no mention of this anywhere,
so hopefully he wasm't there.

Some years ago, there was a contest on Forkni-l for bumperstickers appropriate
to the characters. Mine was for LaCroix: "I break for nobody. Mortals die: does
it matter how?" :)

Subject: Need Help!!!

Hi, everyone.

As most of you know, Iım pursuing a professional writing career as a romance
author. Just recently I was asked to be a guest on Jewelıs Way, The Romance
Authorıs Radio Show. My air date is January 19th. Jewel wants to discuss
the fan fiction genre. I plan on heavily plugging Forever Knight, and why
fans still love the characters.

Question: Does anyone know who in the FK fandom wrote the first FK fan
fiction, and what date?

I hope someone can answer this question.

The radio show can be heard at Authors' Radio Show at:

http://www.jewelsway.com

This is an international, weekly program, airing on Wednesday nights at
10:00 P.M. (EST) The first show is January 5th with Sherry Derr-Wille as
the guest.

Thanks for all your support and help.

Deborah
