Some of us are exceptionally busy on Halloween. ;>  That's the most
important holiday of the year!

 I'd vote for November 1st as a great idea. Continuing Halloween and in
rebellion to our politicking here in the US....

I'm not really sure if bovine has any blood types like us human.
