Kat,

From what I understand, each War Leader deals with it in their own way.
They may tell their faction that they can't play this War due to life. Or
they may arrange something with their faction, like turning over their
character to someone else (and their character would not necessarily know of
everything going on).

Most FOREVER KNIGHT scripts are between 50 to 55 pages. I have them all except
one.

I don't have any of my few FK scripts in front of me, but as I recall, they
are written in the standard television format you can find in any "television
scriptwriting" instruction book. There's a very strict standard as to where
your margins must be, the size of your print, the spacing between lines, and so
forth. This is so they can get an idea of the length of the show based on the
page count. It has been a while since I wrote a television script, so I don't
recall the actual formula but it should be easy for someone to find (just fyoi,
one of my scripts wasn't purchased and it is unusual for a full script to be
purchased, television stories are sold by pitches and often another writer
will get to actual write it, and the other script's show was never filmed, but
they were both fun to write).

As for the writing of a series, sometimes it is by committee, and sometimes
it is mainly by one writer although others will have a lot of input into it.
Like any other writer, television writers are often edited<g> As to how long it
takes to write a script, it depends on the writer and even writers will vary
on speed depending on how fast the words are flowing. However, television
writers are on very VERY strict deadlines (I've heard it compared to
journalists) because the show itself is filmed on a tight schedule.

There's many books on the shelves about how to write a television script. I
actually took a couple of college courses in it, but if you are just curious,
check out your library or local bookstore.

Scripts are also often revised as filming begins and a series of colored
paper is used to allow both crew and actors to keep up with the latest
versions. I
know this was the case with Forever Knight because we have different colored
scripts.

Am looking for two stories by the same writer, Valerie Horton.
'Angel' and 'The Emptiness That You Feel'... both based on the Sarah

Anyone have a clue where I can find them??

Does anyone have quote lists from recent Wars? I've found War 5, 7 and
8 Quote Lists, but I know some people have kept quotes from other
Wars. If anyone has links or files, I'd love to see them. War Quote
Lists are inspiring. *g*

I'm not sure if there's been quotes lists in the past few Wars.

It might be a project to go back into 9, 10, and 11 to get the quotes.

I've got to post the pictures somewhere.
I was on the coast of Maine this weekend (Linconville/Islesboro,
almost due south of Augusta), and while on the way back from getting
gas I saw a boat for sale and had my boyfriend pull over so I could
take a picture with the digital camera.

The name of the boat was "Knight Crawler".
