Nigel should be at LCA, those are his plans at this time. As always, all
appearances are pending professional obligations, but at this time, his
plans are to be at LCA in Los Angeles.

I've been told this book is about Wally, a theatre gaffer, and that it's a

I've ordered from Amazon (a while back, in fact) and haven't received noticed
it has shipped yet. It may be availabe now in Canada, though.

Almost any bookstore should be able to order it.
