Hi, all.

Message from Will:

He's made it safely to Toronto, but right now, he can't access his
email account, so if anyone has emailed him about a tour this
weekend, during LCA 6, please email me at olddays@i.......
and I'll make sure he gets it. Thanks.

Hi, folks. This was in the Halifax Daily News from Sept 25/02, written by
Jeremy Webb in "The Buzz" column:
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
The Buzz got a call from Big Motion Pictures on Monday with
up-to-the-minute information on their new six-part TV show, Political
Animals, that starts shooting at Electropolis on Oct. 2. Producer Wayne
Grigsby told me that Amy Price-Francis [Tracker] will play Shannon, the
lead role of a "bright young thing dropped into hell," with Catherine
Disher (Forever Knight) joining her...Grigsby tells me he is hoping for a
spring airdate, to coincide with the departure of the PM [Prime Minster]
and the swearing in of a new one.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Unfortunately, here in Nova Scotia, we have been hit by
Hurricane Juan, and a state of emergency was called starting
Sunday evening. 300,000 people had no electricity, and many thousands had
no power or water. Things are slowly getting back to normal. I finally
got my power back this morning, which was great, but I am not sure if this
will affect filming.

Heather-Anne :)

That, or to transport vamps who needed to leave town in a hurry during
daytime....I'll never look at mover trucks the same way again!

Emily,
I will worship at your feet for a discount set. Okay, maybe not that but I am a
VISTA, which means I am poor. I could afford $30.
Thank you,
Barbara

For anyone who really wants a set and didn't pre-order before they
corrected the price error, I know that I pre-ordered more than one
set and more than likely several other people did as well.

I have pretty much decided to go ahead and let the orders stay for
all 3 I ended up ordering, so I will probably be selling 2 off at a
lower price (plus shipping) as my dad is paying for two of them. He
doesn't remember...and I'll remind him a couple days before Oct 21
and ok it with him with the intent to sell them off to others who
didn't have a dad who'd pay for two sets for them.

So, just keep an eye on the list and I'm pretty sure someone will be
offering their extra sets for sale a bit cheaper than even the $55
price.

It would be great to put a set on ebay and get tons of money, but I
would personally rather know that someone who couldn't afford $55 was
enjoying them for around $30 (to cover all the shipping).

Please don't ask me about them yet. I've got to make sure my dad is
still open to leaving them on his card! I'll let you know when I have
them in my grubby little fingers.

I can't remember exactly who it was by, I think a great
old Motown group. IIRC, the song is a tribute to the
late Marvin Gaye.

I am bad.

But I can't follow LC's example because I've done the same thing too many times
myself. I'll have to be Nicholas and angst about my own sins first. :)

Delurking as a perpetual child of the 80's..I always knew one day my love for
the music of that era would serve me well <weg> it was actually recorded by the
commodores. I however do not know if they actually wrote the lyrics.
now that i have discovered i am quite old i do think it best i take a nap
