headline:

you immediately think that vamp fledglings are protesting for some basic
kindness from their masters.

Of course it wasn't - turns out its about cyborgs. Real life can be quite
strange. (It's from today's Village Voice.)

I bet Nick would LOVE to have another dog, but would never do that again,
after what LaCroix did to the last one.

Vachon's pets are named Tracy, Urs and Screed, and they're very nearly
self-sufficient.

LaCroix has a particular fondness for his Nicholas, but always a soft spot
for Janette.

i came across this poll and thought i'd mention it to the list.  It is about
what everyone would like to see be updated on this person's FK website.
Example, if she should write more stories and things like that.  It's a strange
poll, but if someone wants my opinion, well, i want everything i can get--more
stories, updates, etc.

I had his name wrong.  Mr. Wyn Davies, helped by listening.  When I needed
someone to talk to, his ear was always open.  We did e-mails, never met him
personally.  I wish, I would like to thank him personally and show him my
daughter.  That's how.  It's not much, but to me and my daughter, it means the
world to me.  We share the same charity, Childrens Hospital.  I hope this helps.
