Subject: Series and Stories, Sigh.

Does anyone else miss the 'next installment/story'?

I find myself wondering what Nicholas' reaction will be to
discovering that in the year he's lost, he was blind, made friends
with a carouche and a priest, acquired a 'son', and reconciled with
one of his daughters. (Dance Series-Lorelei Sieja)

I also wonder what happens when B'Elanna has her five kids and how
Naomi and Tommy and Gina get along. (Voyager Series-Lorelei Sieja)

Does anyone know what happened to Sue O'Reilly? I haven't managed to
read 'Child's Play' without laughing so hard it hurts. I'd love to
read more about Danny's antics.

And what happens to Nicky when Lacroix finds out he has stolen a
bottle from the Raven? Not only Lacroix's reaction but Nick's as
well. And when does Nicky have to go to be tested? That has worried
me, as we discovered that he might not survive, and Nick and Lacroix
can't be there with him. Potentially not good when he's already going
to be in trouble for the aforementioned larceny. (Nicky
Series-Kylie/Knightraven)

I'm also wondering what happens to Alex. What do the Enforcers find
when they test him? Does Lacroix have to kill him, or can he work a
deal with the Enforcers/Council to keep him?
(Misbegotten-Kylie/Knightraven)

What happens when Natalie and Janette arrive in Paris? Does Natalie
ever decide to come across? If so, whom will she ask to do the deed?
(Sigh. I can't remember, but the series is excellent.)

I'd like to find out how Don manages over the next few years will
Nick leave Toronto to teach him? Will he eventually be able to
re-enter Myra's (and maybe Jenny's) life? (Splash of Gold-elfin)

I'd like some idea of how Nick puts things back together and how
Lacroix and Vachon figure into it-I have an idea that things will
improve, but the constant reappearance of Linque may cause some
problems. (Picasso of Pain/True Colors-elfin)

Tracy Sue Morris took all her fiction off her page and now I don't
know if I have it all. Sigh.

There are lots more I am wondering about, but I'm not going to get
into the list of stories I only have bits and pieces of

Oh, by the way, I DO have a life it's just on hold for awhile.

Are you kidding? They're banking on it. <eg>

And mispronounced the man's name. I considered
emailing to correct them, but never got around to it.
Did anybody email them about it?

Boy can I sympathize, I have read the Dance series several times.. I find
myself wondering How the Jarod will infiltrate the Stargate system, how Nick
got the alien virus in the first place, will he ever get over bringing
Natalie across the way he did, and will Natalie ever cope with being Nick's
Daughter AND Step-mother? AND does that make her her own Grandma (sensing
country western song here).

Unfinished series are really a pet peeve of mine, but it being fan fiction,
and realizing that some people do move on-lose interest, or whatever, I guess
its just one of those things that we have to accept.

Last I heard (and this was like a year ago?) Lorelei was having some severe
personal-type RL issues that precluded writing. All we can do is pray that she
and hers are okay.
:)= Kyer, also a big fan of the Dance AND the Star Trek Voyager crossover
series.

I'd heard this as well. And the last email I got from her was that things
were looking up and she was writing again. But that was a while back and
still no new installments. Sigh. RL is horrible sometimes

Ok to prevent our officious listserv from bouncing this as previously posted
(which it just did with my Fkfic-l rules) I'm putting in a preface.
