Actually, the April 14th is a continuity glitch. The flashbacks to Nat's
30th birthday in Only the Lonely not only make it clear, in the park scenes
with Roger, that it's high summer, but there's a calendar visible on the
wall of the morgue in flashbacks which clearly reads J-N. It can't be Jan
because of the summer scenes, so it must be June. One of the many things we
complained about, after the first run of LK, was this. It's sort of like
Myra's amazing resurrecting mother.

I was just curious if this had been done - if not somebody could maybe do
it. And... I know you can find the info in various places, but what if it
were all in one place? Have an official timeline of Nick/LC etc. life,
birth, coversion, etc. The precincts Nick worked, the crusade he may have
been in. The difference between Twist, Aristotle, and Merlin :) Basically,
all the background information one might need for fiction writing without
having to search a lot of places for it. A handy reference list if you
will. Any thoughts?

There is a site that covers a lot of this -- Dorothy Elggren's

<de-lurking for a bit....>

This question was posed... "What is Forever Knight...?"

To me Forever Knight is... amazing, hopeful, fascinating, provocative
(especially the fanfic), always fun, imaginative... and the series always
went for the highest common denominator, rather than the lowest.

Happy New Year, everyone! :) <back to lurking and writing...>

And to that I add, OR June 24, as of "Only the Lonely." Those of us who
refuse to accept anything that happened in LK as canon recognize the June
date exclusively. :-)

Hi all,
Some of you may remember that I used to host the question of the week on my
web site, it was discontinued simply because I no longer had the time to
maintain it. However now that I have adjusted to my new job I am
contemplating reviving it. There is currently a poll on my site looking at
how many people would be interested in this returning.
So if you are interested my site addie is below.

hope everyone has a wonderful new year

Delicious.
Glorious.
Satisfying.

It really is just, well, yummy.
And difficult to describe in only one word!
Good luck with your project - I'd love to see it when it's finished.

I missed some of the earlier ones, so forgive me if I repeat:

Gothic

Redemptive

Paradoxical

Anachronistic ("eg")

Factional

Immortal

Amoral

Ethical

Courageous

Anguished

Hopeful

Tragic

Faithful

Quixotic

Whimsical

Introspective

Lyrical

Heart-wrenching

Harsh

Paternalistic

Innovative

Conflicted

Familial

But my favorite word is stil EVOCATIVE, because the show just engenders so
many thoughts, moods, perceptions, discoveries, conundrums, stories,
discussions, etc. "g" And because a lot of what it evokes is just DAMN
*SEXY*!! "bg"

I already mentioned how June was arrived at as Nat's birth month in the
Only the Lonely flashbacks. What I can't remember is, why the 24th. Would
someone in a better state of mental preseveration like to tell me and the
rest of us, if I'm not the only one?

Thanks, and happy new year,
