I wondered about that as well. Why would it be anything other than wine?
I know the bottle was unlabeled but it could have been home made wine. I
doubt if LaCroix would have told them to look. He wanted the police after
Nick not the Enforcers.

The only reason I came up with for the police examining the contents of
Nick's wine bottle is that the officer might have seen some spilled blood
either on the shelf under the bottle or on the bottle when she moved
the bottle to look behind it.

Has anyone ever written to Rhino Records (www.rhino.com) asking them about
FK on DVD? They just released The Transformers 1st season on VHS and DVD,
so why not Forever Knight?

That one *really* needed an angst warning for
Natpackers. I wanted to cry when she said "I'm giving
up on you." And then they go and cut off before the
kiss in the end....bah!

I guess the Enforcers thought the show really wouldn't
endanger the community much...though even if it did, I
don't see how they could fix it unless they had
Enforcer TV or something like that LOL.

Trophy Girl: Interesting which guest stars show up on
this series even in minor roles. "Heather" in the
dating service office, Mary Jo Eustace, is the wife of
Dean McDermott from Due South and Tracker. I know,
it's not anything big but I just think it's
interesting checking the credits for familiar names.
I've found three Due South regulars/semi regulars as
guest stars so far. And speaking of minor roles, I
didn't realize that Ger's father showed up briefly in
Queen of Harps....though he must've been an extra in
the auction scene or perhaps an extra in one of the
flashback scenes because he wasn't credited, as extras
usually aren't.

I like to check credits for familiar names and I keep
seeing one name pop up repeatedly: Randy Butcher. He
was Nigel/LaCroix's stunt double in "Stranger than
Fiction", The Dragon in "Fire Inside" (the body actor,
someone else voiced the character), the guy who tried
to shoot Schanke in "Close Call" and one of the
suspects in the opening scene of "Trophy Girl." Does
anyone know anything about him? I'm just curious
because he's shown up in so many small roles.
