Subject: Blitzing for the Knight/FK on DVD

Hi everyone,

I have a few announcements for you. I'd like to keep the e-mail blitzes going to
continue and show TPTB that Forever Knight still has a large fanbase. I also
would like to see everyone e-mail Columbia DVD again this month, asking for FK
on DVD. We must continue this to get a response. Feel free to also ask if any
sort of response has occured, regarding the addition of Forever Knight to DVD.
Here's the e-mail address:

dvd@c.......

To show a longing interest, please try to e-mail this addy again next month.

Here's the blitz info...

It's that time again and yes the blitzes to TPTB are still going! I'm going to
continue the monthly reminders and updates as well. Forget what they're about or
new to the list? Read below...

This entire month we are focusing on three powers that be, Tristar, Sci-fi, and
TNT!

A lot of FK fans have wondered why we don't approach other networks about
possibly reviving the series. Well, we will continue to include TNT, and of
course Sci-fi and Tristar.

E-mail: tnt@t.......
(and place in the subject line: "To The Attention Of The Vice-President of
Programming")

You also may call TNT's Viewer Comment and Question Line at (404) 885-4538,
however we ask that any phone calls be in addition to letters and e-mails.

For snail mail, send to:
Vice-President of Programming
TNT 1010 Techwood Drive, NW
Atlanta, GA 30318

Its going to be a big dose of e-mails from each of you the fans that would love
to not only have FK back on Sci-fi's schedule, but want to make sure everyone
knows that we are want more FK with the original cast in new episodes and or
movies!! So, what do you say? Are you ready to sit down, take that few minutes
and send off three e-mails? It could make all the difference in the world!

Remember, say a little or say a lot, but say it!! We can make more FK happen!!!

For this "whole" month, we are asking everyone to blitz the feedbacks!!! You can
re-use the e-mails you did before, or write new ones. They can be long, or as
short as just saying, "Bring Back Forever Knight."

Important info to add in your letters: During this current blitz, we could ask
that an upcoming "SCIography" ep feature FK! So far, they plan to do eps on
"Battlestar Galactica", "Quantum Leap" and "Sliders", so asking them if they
plan to do a "SCIography" ep about FK can't hurt.

Also, Sci-Fi is airing "Sci-Fi World", which is a 6 hour block of sci-fi
programs with a different theme each day. It's also possible to ask them if FK
will be a part of the "Sci-Fi World" programming block!

ALSO REMEMBER!! Sci-fi will be changing its schedule around again soon.... lets
make sure that we get Forever Knight on!!!

Sci-Fi's E-mail: feedback@w....... and/or program@w.......

Sony/Tristar Mail Form: http://www.spe.sony.com/spe/help_feedback_index.html

When e-mailing TriStar,(especially) give as much personal info as you
can...rather than just an e-mail name. A bit more personal carries more weight
with TPTB.

If you have a FK website and would like to link to my "Save FK" page about the
blitzes feel free to use the banner I made (found on my "Save FK" page).

~May the Knight go to DVD and live on *Forever*~

Looks like PBS is rerunning 'The Roman Empire in the First Century' series.
(Since it's on PBS, days and times will vary.) Looks like a great series
for fic research purposes!

Or possibly because Schanke lives only a couple of blocks away from
Toronto's Greektown, known as the Danforth (or at least that's where the
film site of Schanke's house is located). Every August, they close
several blocks of Danforth Avenue for a weekend-long Greek Festival with
parades, street dancing and lots and lots of souvlaki and other goodies!

Subject: Looking for fic

I have been trying to find a favorite but can't remember the title. In it
Nick and Nat were in a car (the caddy?) driving down a street and was shot
through the window, he pretended to be dead and when the guy who shot them
left he had to bring Nat across to save her. They were the reason why the
guy went to prison or something. Any of this sound familiar, gave up using
key words with google and it probably isn't in fkfanfic because it was
within the last year (I could be wrong thru)? Thanks... going senile in my
twenties *sigh*

When I was going to Akron U. there was a Greek Orthodox church right
down one of the roads leading to the campus (or from the campus,
depending on your point of view). Every Thursday, except for Holy Week,
the church would sell lunches (salad, gyro, and dessert) to anyone who
was willing and able to buy one. Maybe Schanke had such a church
near him.
