In about two hours, I will be off to wine and dine with the Mouse in Walt's

      Probably not.  There is no canonical mention of a sibling.

      However, there is the intriguing reference to a "nephew" in "Blind
Faith."  Tracy buys a puppy for a "nephew" (BF), which would imply a
sibling, but as no further mention is made of that potential sibling, most
assume that Tracy meant the child of a friend or cousin.  She does have an
Uncle Sonny ("Let No Man Tear Asunder"), and possibly more uncles
(depending on one's interpretation of her mother's comments in "Avenging
Angel"), so cousins are likely.

     I believe there is room for a sibling in fanfic if one wants.  But if
Tracy has a sibling, we've seen/heard enough of her family that the absence
of any identification of this sibling is conspicuous.  I believe that she
did not have a sibling in canon, but that if she did in a particular fanfic
it could most likely and productively be an older brother who died -- thus
playing into the silence, her father's dominance, the break-up of her
parents' marriage, her pressure on herself, etc.

Didn't she have a brother who called her 'button'?  I seem to recall this
from the episode with the 'bad, very bad' cop friend of the family.  I may
be drawing on fanfic though.

I dont think he was her brother but rather a cop who was under her father's
wing.  i think his name was Bruce, but I could be wrong.  I'm guessing her
father was his police "rabbi"  JudyL
