Over the weekend I've found out that ISP's here in China aren't quite as sophisticated as the ones in the states, and when one of their servers went down, there was no backup for the email, at least not mine. One thing I know I'm missing is the ForKni-L digest for the 29th & 30th, numbers 156 and 157. If someone could please forward me a copy of them, I'd appreciate it. I don't know what I may have missed on the FKFiction list, I did get 2 things posted the 28th, and then seems to be ok from late on the 30th. If someone could at least send me a list of what might have been posted, I could see what I'm missing. Anyway, I hope to get the VCR alert out by this weekend, IF the guide gets to me by then. I'm trying something different this month, hope it works. Hope you all had a great Memorial Weekend, no holiday here in China, but we got 4 days off the first of May, and that was kinda in celebration of Labor. Thanks in advance for the help Cheryl Cheryl Hoffman, NA (& I ain't changin' it), Cousin, NBN, GWDFC, G4 "My, my... we are in a mood tonight.." -LaCroix hoffman@p....... dayabaygal@y....... Please, please, please!!! :-) when he said "It's cow's blood", I whooped out loud and started to laugh, wondering if Nick had gotten the idea of cow from trips to South America. Either that, or he may have run into a certain former newspaper reporter in Chicago who frequented the Stockyards when *he* became a vampire. (Jack Fleming in P.N. I generally have at least the last two or three weeks worth of FKFIC-L. If you need anything just ask. Either by title or date range. Have fun! From: webmaster@scifiguys.com To: webmaster@scifiguys.com ................................................. One thing I love about doing this e-zine is the feedback we get from readers. In the last issue we reported on the well-received basket sent to the Sci-Fi Channel by "Sentinel" fans, and many of the fans wrote to us to thank us for the mention. But, we got an e-mail from a "Forever Knight" fan who told us the basket also was from "Forever Knight" fans. So fans of the vampire saga, here's your mention. I confess I didn't know you were out there. By the way, check out "Angel." That's not "Forever Knight," but it's not bad. .................................................... If all of our online FK fans can e-mail them saying that we are indeed here, and what we have been trying to do, it could help the cause and spread the word!! Go ahead and e-mail webmaster@scifiguys.com and tell them you are "here" and want FK back. You can also tell them about some of our latest projects we've been up to, like the petitions and basket.
