Subject: Forever Knight on Global 100 (Please Read: Info & Stats)

Below I have listed Important Info for Voting at Global 100. Please read to
make sure you're doing everything right and allowing your votes to be worth
as much as possible so FK can get higher on the Chart.

Vote monthly at Global 100 Charts! Forever Knight has currently *dropped* to
#8! We can make it increase to back to the top this month though! But we
need your help!

There are different levels on Global 100 Charts. If you are a Low Level
voter you can select up to 10 points. Normal Level voters can select up to
20 points. "High Level" voters can select up to 30 points. These will
determine how much your votes are worth, so please strive for as much as
possible and be a High Level Voter. High Level also allows your votes worth
MORE finalized points, which then determine the value and position!

They DO track same ISP addresses also, so don't repeat voting with multiple
e-mail addresses. It will only lower your weight on the chart.

Note: You can increase your level on your Personal Card. This is where you
can store information about yourself. Some of this data is used in the
voting process to improve the quality of the charts. When you're new you
start at the Low level. You can increase your level when your email address
has been verified. The higher your level the more weight your votes have in
the charts. If you answer the questions about your 'gender', 'birthday',
'location' and 'public address', you will get a High level.

*Go ahead and go here: http://www.global100.com/item.asp?Item=51259 to vote
for FK as your favorite T.V. show!!*

Currently it's at #8 (dropped drastically) and with your help we can make it
#1! When ever you guys write your letters to powers also be sure to attach a
copy of this list as proof of FK still being popular.

Thanks for Voting!
Kristin

Subject: Have I gone completely crazy? Stonetree trivia

Hi!

While working upon a piece of fanfic this weekend, I had flashback of my own:
the image of Captain Stonetree playing the accordion.

I could swear this was in one of the first season episodes, but I've yet to
find any corroboration in the tapes I've watched thus far.

Can anyone tell me if the scene really exists, or do I need a vacation away for
a few days? Having hallucinations of 'The Scorpion' can't be a good sign. <g>

Bonnie, ya gotta quit listening to Schanke's polka music. It's curdling
youse brain cells. <eg>

Seriously, I remember *someone* playing the accordian---but I can't remember
whether it was in FK or something else I saw recently.

Have you checked the ep where the precinct has the picnic?

I had flashback of my own:
the image of Captain Stonetree playing the accordion.>>

In the episode "Dance By the Light of the Moon." There is a scene in Capt.
Stonetree's office with Stonetree, Schanke, and Nick. In it they are
talking about the case, and Schanke is accusing Nick of being too close to
the suspect. Nick had told the suspect that he would get the murdered
police detective's case book, and Stonetree tells him that he has it at his
house in the dresser in his room. He tells Nick to get the case notebook,
and directs him to it by saying,

" bedroom dresser, top left hand side, there's a small trophy with an
accordion on it."

My guess is that you are thinking about that statement, but I do not
remember ever seeing Stonetree actually playing the accordian. Hope that
helps.

It's what he says later, when (I think) Schanke looks at him disbelievingly.
Stonetree adds that he won the trophy in some folk concert, in which he
played accordion with a group.

Hello all.
Some bad news. I;ve been trying to keep the Knight Alive over on the
Compuserve Forums for the past two years. Well they just dropped the FK
forum. Now any FK post will have to be listed under the Propetual Reruns
catagory.
I'm thinking of dropping my comp account as a protest. And telling them why.

In DBTLOTM, when Stonetree tells Nick where he left the casebook at his home,
he said it was in his bedroom, on his dresser, under or near a trophy he won
while playing the accordian at the Hapsburg festival. And if I remember
right, even though there was still a reference to the accordian, most of it
was clipped from the US version.

that was mentioned in a segment that was shown in Canada but not on Sci Fi...
I think it came from Dance by the light of the moon.... it is either in a
transcript that I read, or was in an ep summary...

seems like a lot of interesting things were cut by US tv...

Stonetree playing the accordian is no different from my nightmare<g> For
years I *swear* I saw Screed in the background of an episode dancing at the
Raven. I even *swear* I remember immediately rewinding the tape after the
episode was over to make double sure because he otherwise was not present in
that particular episode.

I've posted several inquiries to the list to figure out which episode it was
and even have a few people tell me they seem to remember that too, but
couldn't help me pinpoint it down. One day I went through all the third
season episodes via fast forward and couldn't find it (what can I say, I was
bored that day).

Well, I finally broke down and asked Greg "Screed" Kramer. He tells me I
must've been dreaming because it never happened!

So, if Screed can dance in the Raven Screed-style, then I'm sure in some
alternate universe FK that Stonetree plays the accordian (unless, of course,
he really mentioned it in an episode! hahaha)

he played at the Hapsburg Festival, being Australian
not sure if he meant in Canada or Germany, that's where
      he got the accordion tropht

You say that like there's something *wrong* with being crazy. ;-) I think
you have to be a bit crazy to obsess over a TV show that hasn't produced an
original episode in about 4 years. But then, all those so-called "normal"
people obviously haven't got a clue about what they're missing. :-)

Where I'm from, normal is an insult. (Not that I'm trying to insult anyone
who considers him/herself to be normal, of course ;-)

I stupidly lost the addy for a website that was doing roundrobin FK stories.
One of last things they had posted was a story called Deceptions in which
Reese starts to quietly investigate Nick. They also had a fic xover with
Anne Rice's vampire meeting Nick and LaCroix.
Anybody out there recognize this?

I considered heading this Stonetree Naked at the Raven? Then I decided no
one would believe I'm sober and unmedicated if I did. :) It certainly would
get attention for the rules, which is what I wanted. Be glad I have my
scruples. I do, too. They were right over there a minute ago.

I'm attempting to weave together a few plot-lines for a Poltergeist: the
Legacy/FK crossover that I'm working on, and I need to know why the Kessel

down. Alas, thanks to last year's house remodeling, I can't find the tape
that the ep was on. :(
