Oh, oh, me too. I have been dying from curiousity ever since I hear

Subject: Q&A

First---if anyone wants me to write their Auction story for them,
I'm available! :) I won't even ask for chocolate---I'd love to write a
date with any of our characters. Really. So if anyone gets stuck or doesn't
have the time, yell and I'll write what you want!

Jamie: The icons in "Trophy Girl" were next to the written
conversations---Rosebud, of course, was a rose. I knew it was Lacroix, but
the significance of the rosebud didn't hit me until later. I mean the
personal significance (Fleur), not the Citizen Kane reference.

Collin et al.: Natalie is always Nat; she doesn't have the huge mood
swings, psychotic behavior, and 800 years of weirdness that Nick does, so
her personality isn't as splintered between dark and light as his is. Nor
the vampirism, for that matter. She's pulled some stupid and selfish
stunts, but basically she's at least trying to be good. And succeeding,
usually. So Good Nat/Bad Nat is just Nat.

Apartment questions: I think we saw Nat's apartment in ONLY THE LONELY
and BE MY VALENTINE; and the Anti-Nat's apartment in CURIOUSER & CURIOUSER,
of course. Can't remember if there were differences or not...

Story Question: Where do I get a copy of Susan Garrett's Sarah McLachlan
song challenge story? And which album is the Sarah McLachlan song on?

Hey! :) I said the bit about cold dead fingers and the keyboard first. Jaye
just said it better. Well, she is the listowner... you were bound to pick
up on what she says.... just thought I'd mention it......

Schanke woke her up. I figure a vampire sleeping in its lair is
going to be *very* jittery -- and red-eyed, just in case -- when waked

Subject: ABOUT VACHON AND OTHERS

Hello all,
Yes, this is my first posting, finally got up the nerve. All I can say
is, wow. This is absolutly amazing. I though I was alone in my
adoration of this most amazing of television experiences, and here there
are so many of us. I've been a diehard fan since it's inception. It has
been a great experience.
Okay enough gushing for now. I'm going to be a pest and also put in a
request that some one send me the "No one sucks like Vachon" song, if
possible. The three teaser lines left me in convulsions. As for the
Gilligan. AAARRRRRGGGGGG! It won't go away.
I unfortunantly missed a few crucial episodes this past season due to
the curses of higher education. You'd think that a city like New Orleans
would at least have the decency to air my dear nicholas on a regular
basis.
Question: who else out there had a problem with the fact of Tracie
knowing of Vachon's vampabilities and being clueless as to Nick's?
Anywho, I'm going to stop for now. Don't want to overdo it on the
first night. To all the dark ones on the system, Ciao.

Picky, picky...fine, but only Screed would bother with a little fuzz
ball! Uncle didn't even acknowledge them...I'd rather he thought enough
of me to consider me breakfast than not think fo me at all.

Besides, Uncle, despite his clamouring at ol' Nickie boy, has more in
common with us (dogs) than *cats.* If anybody touched Alora or Kira, I'd
react the same way Uncle would to someone who hurt Nick.

Gee, I must *really* have Cousinly tendancies. A talent for torturing
people is very useful when you are a Merc!

And the final torture is.... there isn't a whole Vachon song. There are
only three lines (which is why it is particularly annoying when you can't
get it out of your head!) It is from Susan Garrett's War 5 post entitled
Rehearsal (although I was unconscious when it was posted <g> and read the
lines in Dianne's War Memories post which was, I believe, posted to the
FORKNI-L).

HOWEVER, since I was so incautious to post the lines I did, someone has
vowed to write the entire Vachon song (as soon as she can get the words to
"Gaston"). So yes, there *will* be a Vachon song!

Well, since my human mommy unsubbed us from feline-l 'cause she couldn't keep

name is Sarah Sugar Angel Kitty (you can just call me Sarah) and my human
mommy (I know it isn't dignified to think of humans as actual relatives, but
I'm just a kitten--my 1st birthday is next month--and the other feline around
here isn't very nice to me) says _I'm_ a vampire 'cause I like to knead her
shoulders and drool all over her neck. I wouldn't like to be a _real_
vampire, though, 'cause then I couldn't nap in the sunny spots (although I
could really terrorize my alleged feline brother Daniel!!). I'm a Natpacker
like my mommy (we like strong, 'venturous female characters) but I'm _not_ a
Nick&NatPacker 'cause I don't like that mushy human stuff (ick!). I'd
probably be a FoSsiL, too, but mommy just made arrangements to get the first
season eps, and I wasn't even born when they were on the first time!! I
think it's time we felines, as the superior species, took over this save FK
campaign--those silly TV programming humans wouldn't _dare_ disappoint _us_!!

What's the deal with what vampires can drink (aside from blood)? In Dark
Night (I think) Janette tells Nick she now manages to take a little wine
with her blood. In Curiouser and Curiouser Nick says, "Nat, you know I
can't..." when she offers him scotch, then chokes on a sip. But in The

Umm, Bakersfield is not by Gilroy, Gilroy is up north kinda near SanFran,
Bakersfield is down south just before you go over the grapevine (the
mountians between the valley and LA) I have yet to figure out why people
would want to live there, kinda like living here in Fresno. :)

I think the voice of Nick Knight is NOT Ger's, as he is playing a vampire who
has lived all over the world and for many centuries, meaning that his voice
would be more widely affected by time and culture. I've seen other things
Ger has been in and noticed this... and especially I have noticed the
difference between "Nick" and Ger's voice in the audiotape "Hauntings: A
Classic Collection". I found I had to strain to hear Nick in Ger's voice on
that tape. He also does many other accents in his readings on the tape.

In particular, I've noticed that Nick's voice is deeper (sometimes
considerably) than Ger's real voice, at least what I've heard of it elsewhere
(including a tv interview tape). I haven't seen Airwolf, but I have seen
Ger's Matrix and Highlander episodes as well as his performances in the tv
movies "Dancing in the Dark" and "Other Women's Children."

Unbelievable. My Chicago-area cable network (Time/Warner) does NOT carry
WWOR.

Anyone else hearing that "clew" sound in other Nick words now? I've caught
it in "including" and some others more than once.

Subject: Upcoming AOL FK Chats/Spec. Guests

Just to inform the list that I have received confirmations from both Fred
Mollin and Jon Cassar for attending the AOL Forever Knight "Knight Watch"
Chats sometime in March/April!

Scheduling is still being arranged, but Fred ought to be making his return
appearance at the chat later in March after the CD is released, and Jon
Cassar either on March 11 or sometime in April.

I will be assuring Fred and I have already assured Jon that we will NOT be
asking for spoilers about the last episode at the chat. I think we all
understand that they don't want to be asked about that. I want them to be
comfortable at the chat with us.

I note that the recently posted list of syndicated airings (Thanks, Jay and
Lee!) puts the rerun of "Dead of Night" the week of April 15, so I think I
will ask Jon Cassar if he can join us around then since he directed that
episode. I think he was pleased to be asked - he said he was "honored" by
the invitation!

More information forthcoming! I'm also hoping to get Gillian Horvath back to
chat with us in May after "Francesca" airs!

I will be making logs of these chats available by private e-mail request for
those not on America Online. The word is that I cannot post them to my ftp

**Woof, woof, woo, bark, bark, bowwow!**

Hello all(Even you cat luvin *%#$!woof, %#bark!#* two foots),

Not to give you guys the idea that we don't LOVE cats. They make tastie,
healthy snacks(if you don't get hairballs). So we just love cats(here
kitty, kitty). But all this cat stuff is gettin' WAY out of control. We
agree with Cousin Jesse(the Rottweiler), this crosses faction bounds. I'm a
WoofPacker. I just love Perri. I even lost my first dog show because I
couldn't stay away from a foxy like Golden. And my roomie, Natalie is a
NatPacker, but she spends alot of her time howling over Nick. Trust me when
a Bassethound howls everyone knows it.

I think we dogs need to get together and show these cats (who have way to
much time on their paws) a thing or two.

woof,
Killian(the Aussie) and Nat(the Basset) the proud owners of:

If you want to hear Ger's natural voice, I suggest you buy his audio
book(s) Hauntings and the new Forebodings, which comes out in March. E-
mail me if you want ordering info.

Relax, Toronto is still a pretty safe place to visit. Technically, all
deaths other than old age or disease are examinable. That includes all
traffic fatalities, people dying in their homes(was it really a heart
attack?) , etc. etc.

I gotta say this quick before my mom catches me here by the computer again.
(She thinks I only like the printer to crawl into. Actually, it's to get my
own stuff out of there before *she* sees it.)

I'm an Abyssinian. I've always thought Nick (who my mom seems to spend a lot
of time looking at on the VCR) was a lot like me: bouncy, guilty acting,
flying around the room, not afraid to pick up mice with a bare paw (you
should have heard mom screaming about Nick not wearing a glove on that one),
blond and alllll boy (except for the little operation mom made me get 5 months
ago. Maybe that's why he won't take Nat up on her smoldering looks.) I mean,
Jeanette was nice and everything, but she's more like that pretty silver
Persian Aunty Bere used to bring down that made Jesse spray all over.

Yep, LC is a big blue eyed seal point siamese.

As for Nat, I think she's a beautiful sleek Russian blue.

Screed's like my brother Jesse, kind of a scruffy skinny tabby.

Ooops, gotta go. I hear mom coming back. (Boy, am I sick of her humming Fur
Elise. It's not even about cats!)

Oh yeah I definitely think so. Now, it ain't like a full-blown Cousinly
thing, mind you. But for the person who said a few days ago that Nat doesn't
try to keep her "beast within" locked in a closet, I'd like to disagree.
(Nobody was surprised by that! ;) ) Nat *does* suppress a part of herself.
If she didn't, she'd be all *over* Nick -- right and wrong be damned! She
let her little beastie out for a few minutes to go dancing on AMPH but then
she stuffed him right back in. What's the big deal about Nat having more
than one faction anyway? Are the Natpackers afraid of losing members? I've
already heard from *several* folks who believe they are Dark Natties. ;) I
say, be what you wanna be. Go with your instinct. Listen to your own little
beastie. ;) Muahahaha!

Does anyone out there happen to know the air times for FK in the
provincial hamlet of Ithaca, NY. FK was my studybreak but CBS stopped
showing it on Sunday nights and, as I don't get USA, I am at a loss for
where to turn. Any help would be appreciated.

Or is there another logo entirely than the dripping-font title?

I'd be glad to build the loop in my mailer.

Then she asked if I wanted to interview him since he was in town (LA) for a

didn't have a sure sale and didn't want to waste his time. It was the
