Now hang on a second, that's not what I meant. I mean I like Nat with
either Nick or LC, and I have not seen BMV or NiQ. She just seems to
have a lot of chemistry with them both, and after reading a couple of
good Nat & LC stories, I began liking the idea of them getting together.
Of course the problem with what you said Sandra is, neither Nick or LC
like to share, so I think the Saturday fling would be out of the
question.
If anybody likes the idea of Nat & LC getting together, I reccommend
these two stories to make you feel better:
The Other Side Of Evil by Christine Hunt
The Price Of Silence by G.M. Baxter
Although mind you, I don't mean they actually end up together in the end,
but in between the first and the last page it's pretty interesting.

Special Services Unlimited has a FK concordiance that lists the first seasons
in a great, comrephresive fashion with complete discriptions of the
dectective plot, the vampire(secondary) plot, and the flashbacks broken down
into seperate parts of the episoide discriptions. It also has a Nick
timeline and major events in histoy that the major charaters saw. Nick's
vampire blood line is also in there. The second season of this concordiance
is being realeased soon and all are bound in a three ring hardbound
notebook.

- and did he really love Nat. She had mentioned Catherine Barrington in
Forward Into the Past - and I don't believe Nick was in love with her as he was

friend - nothing more than that.

How strange, I had totally forgotten, but my sister (a few years ago)
went on a crane-making binge. I think she had nearly a thousand of them,
too. Hhmm...I think I'll ask her then next time I talk to her.
On another note: I was reading my horoscope [Pisces...three weeks til
the big 21!] out of my Soap Opera Weekly (it's last weeks issue but I
just got it today) and it says, "There are
people who are not above feeding you false information for their own
unterior movites..."
I think they are a little late with *that* newsflash.
Oh well...maybe the stars will conspire to force Feltheimer's car to
break down outside of a sci fi convention (heavily populated with FK
fans), and he can try to squirm out of answering some direct questions.
Or maybe I'll write a fanfic in which he get's trapped in an elevator
with LC...although I still think he is a little closer to Screed's meal
choice...but even Screed is more discerning than that.

I have to say, I started watching this season, and loved it. Then I went
and got tapes of the first and second season, and I really have to say: I

Someone suggested Les Miserables as a name for an Urs and Nick faction.
Tongue in cheek, all around, but I think that supports the use of Urchins
for Urs's own affiliation.
All that traffic about Urs the other day got me to thinking -- forgive me
if I'm the only one this hasn't occured to -- but wouldn't a relationship
between Urs and Janette have been interesting? (Not *that* kind of
relationship.. yank your minds back where they belong!) I mean a
mother-daughter kind of thing: considering Janette's strength, Urs's
weakness, Janette's protective instincts, and Urs's desperate need of a
proper parent figure. Is there any fan fic on this?

Why not? That's what I do. :)
I am also very happy thanks to the lady I take my publicity to at our local
paper. She is also a fan of the show. Not as rabid as me, but a fan. And
it just so happened that she had five (well actually four) of the first
season episodes and she copied them for me. So I now have (ta da) Dark
Knight 1 & 2, Last Act, Unreality TV, Dying for Fame, and Only the Lonely.
They are second and third generation copies but I don't care, they're watchable.
To Mr. B. I really liked the jail scene in Dying for Fame. One does not
get to hear LaCroix giggle very often. :)

Hi, everyone,
I seem to be having really bad luck with the local media...remember
my "I contacted WFXT" posts? Is it just Massachusetts???
I had sent all our press releases along with a nice cover letter to
the tv columnist of the local newspaper, the Worcester Telegram
& Gazette. Yesterday he ran a column, entitled "Writing of letters
not always futile" (catchy, eh??) in which he first explained how he
helped save Star Trek when he was 11, then talked about how things
have changed since then. He lumped our campaign together with two
others, Babylon 5 and American Gothic, and mentioned some of our
strategies in a way that implied that ALL the campaigns are using
them...that full page ads in industry journals, and fan presence at
NATPE are simply business as usual in fan based show-saving
campaigns. He cited the failure of the My So Called Life campaign as
exemplary of his point...that shows live and die by ratings and no
amount of letters or "clever stunts" (his words) can save them. He
ended (on an upbeat note?) saying that fans should write anyway,
"because sometimes the only causes worth fighting for are the lost
ones". What an INSPIRATION, eh??
I sent a letter to the editor, clarifying our accomplishments and
particularly highlighting the charitable endeavours such as the blood
drive, the PAF collection and the donations to food pantries. I also
mentioned that many fans believe that the ratings system is not
accurate, and that we're not the only ones who think so!

not mentioned that might make you laugh at the coincidences in them, they
are:
Vampire Beat- about a vampire homicide detective(I kid you not) although
it takes place in Miami and the cops name is Chris, and he can have sex
with mortals!! Good book.
Love Bites- American Romance Novel about a vampire radio dj(sound
familiar). Basically the similarites end there, except this guy likes
being a vampire also. Also a good book.

Hey everybody! It's my birthday this month and I thought of a
related tactic to use on the merchandising front. I agree wholeheartedly
with everyone who has already emphasized the power of letters requesting
tapes and other FK merchandising to show Sony/Tristar how much money they
could make off it.
Then I thought that letters from friends and family of FK fans
could also be really effective: "my (wife, husband daughter, son, friend,
brother, sister) is a huge Forever Knight fan and I want to get them an FK
t-shirt (or tape) as a present, do you have any," etc. They wouldn't even
have to mention any knowledge of the cancellation or claim to be fans --
just show them that the income potential for merchandise goes way beyond
the fans themselves. Just thought I'd suggest this (and apologies if it's
